Nina's Café, situated in the heart of GMHBA Stadium, is recruiting for a superstar café allrounder to join our team. We pride ourselves on a premium offering and premium service. With loyal clientele and a diverse customer base you can guarantee that no two days will be the same.

You're passionate about hospitality and have a keen eye for detail, particularly when it comes to providing an elevated service experience. You will have high energy and an appetite to go above and beyond for our guests. You will enjoy taking initiative and thrive in high pressure environments. Above all, you're excited to bring your energy, professionalism, and exceptional customer service skills to ensure every guest has a memorable and seamless experience.
Key Requirements
* Experience in a café allrounder role is essential or similar roles.
* Barista experience is an advantage but not essential as thorough training will be provided for the right candidate.
* A passion for attention to detail, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our guests.
* Proactive, with a can-do attitude.
* Flexibility to prioritise tasks and adapt to a variety of service needs, from serving on the till, running food & coffees to jumping on the coffee machine during peak periods. You also won't be afraid to get your hands dirty during cleanup and pack down.
* A positive attitude and initiative to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Availability to work weekdays, Mon-Friday between 8am-3:30pm. Some Weekend may be involved for special events; this will be discussed during the recruitment process.
* Working With Children's Check (desirable but not essential).
