SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and solution design of digital services leveraging Power Platform (Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.)
- Work with cross-functional Agile teams, guiding software developers and ensuring alignment to enterprise standards
- Develop and document scalable, secure solutions to modernise service delivery across complex stakeholder environments
- Engage closely with architecture, security and project leadership to ensure strategic alignment
ABOUT YOU:
We're seeking a Solution Architect with:
- Proven experience designing enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture (Azure), DevSecOps practices, and integration frameworks
- Experience working in Agile teams with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to document and present solution architecture diagrams (conceptual, logical, physical, sequence, etc.)
HIGHLY REGARDED:
- Prior experience in public sector or justice/government transformation programs
- Hands-on development experience and ability to support project teams through delivery
- Familiarity with strategic IT planning, enterprise architecture, and Microsoft D365 ecosystem
