We are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist & Administrative Officer to join our very busy Trust Office in South Hedland with an immediate start.
This is a key front-of-house role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional administrative and client support.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our office, you will play an important role in supporting clients, families and the wider team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Managing front desk and general reception duties
* Greeting and assisting clients in person and over the phone
* Providing support and assistance to families with professionalism and empathy
* Coordinating and scheduling meetings
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls
* Managing office supplies and maintaining an organised office environment
* Providing general administrative support to the team
About You
The successful applicant will have:
* Previous experience in reception and/or administration (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A professional, friendly and compassionate manner
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment
* Confidence using standard office software and systems
* A proactive and reliable approach to work
