What You'll Do
* Lead, coach, and develop a high‐performing team aligned with CPA's values
* Foster a culture of person‐centred care
* Oversee service operations to ensure client goals and outcomes are achieved
* Manage budgets, client service agreements, and tenancy arrangements
* Build strong relationships with families, carers, and external stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with NDIS, CPA policies, and legislative requirements
* Monitor and mitigate risks, safeguarding client wellbeing
* Coordinate facilities management to maintain safe, high‐quality accommodation
What You'll Bring
* Cert 3 or 4 in Individual Support and/or Leadership, or willingness to obtain
* Experience working in Shared Independent Living (SIL)/Accommodation Services under the NDIS Quality and Safeguard framework
* Proven capability to lead teams in SIL/Accommodation services
* Values and ethos to positively impact people with disabilities
* Foundational financial management and strong operational planning skills
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building abilities
* In‐depth understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks
