Contract Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team based in Cairns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactive Safety Management
* Tendering of subcontract packages, including compilation and approval of tender documents and proposed tender list.
* Preparing contract documents for each trade package/subcontract.
* Assisting with administration of subcontract packages, including progress claims and variation claims.
* Participating in the submission of monthly consolidated reporting.
* Establishing an effective site or office-based system for project administration.
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
* Experience in a similar role within the building construction industry.
* Ability to communicate and build effective relationships at all levels.
* Autonomous decision-making skills.
* Coping with shifting work priorities.
