Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2: $2,170.29 - $2,241.59 per week
Occupational Therapist Level 3: $2,154.06 - $2,223.86 per week
Social Worker Level 3: $2,154.06 - $2,223.86 per week
Senior Psychologist: $2,284.57 - $2,475.55 per week
Clinical Psychologist: $2,093.71 - $2,551.92 per week
Speech Pathologist Level 3: $2,154.06 - $2,223.86 per week
About the Opportunity
The Elver Program is an innovative specialist mental health service for children and young people living in Out of Home Care across NSW. Children and young people serviced by Elver live with the adverse affects of trauma and abuse, including disrupted attachment, increased rates of mental illness and disability impacting their development.
We are looking for a passionate Clinician to join our team. The successful applicant will demonstrate capacity to work collaboratively and contribute to multidisciplinary care provision to complex children and young people.
What You'll Be Doing
The Senior Clinician will support the service delivery of the Elver OOHC model of care based in Parramatta and servicing NSW. The preferred person will demonstrate confidence with managing high risk complex presentations in young people, provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to junior clinicians and service partners where appropriate.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in one or more of the disciplines as mentioned in Essential Requirements.
- Demonstrated skills in coordinating and contributing to multidisciplinary care for children and young people in a trauma-informed and culturally safe manner, along with proven experience in providing advanced evidence-based clinical interventions.
- Please provide an example of how you remain outcomes-focused while managing high-risk, complex young people, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your therapeutic approaches.
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
