The Role

Defence Counsel Services' (DCS) Administration Officers provide high quality administrative and client support within a structured service delivery environment. As the first point of contact for DCS clients, the role is responsible for coordinating requests, maintaining accurate records, managing appointments and completing follow up administrative tasks. The position requires effective time management and adherence to established processes to ensure services are delivered consistently and within agreed timeframes.

The role suits an organised and professional administrator who can manage multiple tasks, communicate clearly and maintain discretion when handling sensitive information.

Our team delivers coordinated administrative support that enables the smooth operation of core DCS services. The Administration Officers manage client enquiries, application workflows, appointment scheduling and associated administrative activities, ensuring services are reliable, accessible and efficiently coordinated.

Through strong administrative practices and teamwork, the team supports organisational objectives by enabling effective service delivery and maintaining high standards of professionalism and accuracy.

Eligibility

Security Clearance

Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at "Baseline Vetting" level.
