We're looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional service, and a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily front-of-house operations
* Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
* Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and ordering
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
* Support management in executing promotional activities and improving service quality
* Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
Requirements
* Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within hospitality
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to handle fast-paced environments
* Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Food safety certification is an asset
