You'll Ideally Have5+ years' experience managing service contracts in the mining, oil & gas or heavy industry sectorsProven experience managing multi-site operations or critical infrastructure deliveryStrong commercial acumen – P&L; ownership, variation management, and contract complianceExcellent leadership, client engagement, and workforce coordination skillsStrong working knowledge of WHS and risk management frameworksAbility to work autonomously and manage competing priorities across locationsWillingness to travel to client sites regularly (remote/FIFO locations)Qualifications in operations, project management or emergency/medical/security are desirableWhy Join Us?
