Operations Management Executive

Role Overview:

* Lead and manage corporate services functions including operations, finance, administration, HR, compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities:

1. Organizational Operations: Oversee organizational operations to ensure efficient and compliant systems are in place.
2. Financial Management: Provide strategic financial leadership and oversee budgeting, expenditure, financial reporting, and payroll.
3. Human Resources: Support effective recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and performance management while fostering a positive workplace culture.
4. Leadership and Development: Provide strategic leadership to teams, support organizational development, and contribute to achieving long-term goals.
5. Strategic Planning: Drive operational alignment with the organization's vision and strategic plan.
6. Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure organizational compliance with legal, regulatory, and funding requirements.
7. Sites and Buildings: Manage property leases and site compliance across multiple locations.
8. Technology: Manage the organization's relationship with external IT providers.

Requirements:

* 5+ years' experience in operations, team leadership, and financial management within a medium to large organization.
* Proven ability to lead business and finance functions in line with strategic goals.
* Skilled in mentoring staff and supporting professional development.
* Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and meet deadlines.
* Culturally competent with the ability to engage respectfully with diverse communities.
* Experienced in stakeholder engagement, including government and community stakeholders.
* Professional, team-oriented leadership style.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems.
* Willing to travel overnight as required.
* Able to obtain necessary certifications and clearances.
* Tertiary qualification in finance, business, management, or leadership.
