**About the Role**
As the Learning and Development Specialist you will be an integral part of the frontline operations team, working collaboratively with the leadership team to identify, design, and develop and deliver a high-quality training process.
- Design, develop and implement the Learning and Development Strategy/Roadmap that includes broad scope of technical, professional, and corporate learning and development
- Design and operationalize short and long-term development priorities to support the delivery of the business objectives
- Lead enhancements to the LMS and ensure it meets, both corporate and operational needs
- Ensure all mandatory and compliance requirements are up to date and managed effectively
- Project manage the implementation of a range of learning and development interventions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organisation and/or industry
- Build cross functional networks to influence and grow the commitment to capability development across the organisation
**About You**
You will be an experienced L&D Specialist, with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. You understand the importance of learning and development and how it supports business objective and goals to create a high performing team. As a team player you have the ability to meet personal, team and organisational objectives. You will also possess the following:
- Experience in delivering sales methodology to Contact Centre staff
- A demonstrated depth of experience in a L&D management role within a large complex environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing learning and development models, frameworks, systems, and processes in a dynamic context
- Tertiary qualification in HR Management, Training, Learning and Development or Organisational Psychology (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to write and deliver content from inception
