We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, customer focused, sales driven individual to join the Casphone team as a Retail Assistant/IT Technician. The successful candidate will deliver world-class customer service, and provide support to the management to achieve and exceed goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
* Achieving sales targets and KPI's.
* Take ownership and find resolution for any customer complaints or unsatisfied customers and staff.
* Help manage and control all stock ensuring quantity records are kept and stock orders are completed correctly and on time.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* A passion for sales and selling.
* An understanding of retail operations.
