Job Title: Agricultural Product Specialist
About the Role
This position involves working with growers in a diverse agricultural area of New South Wales to provide agronomic and technical support, as well as product sales.
* Service growers across the region, providing specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products.
* Engage with farmers and producers to increase the productivity, profitability, and sustainability of their enterprises.
* Provide expert advice on the latest plant production practices, and coordinate field days and farmer meetings.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong technical knowledge in agronomic practices and application
* A history of success in executing sales outcomes using specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products
* Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
