The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists is a non-profit peak membership body dedicated to advancing patient care in the clinical radiology and radiation oncology fields across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
Our organization is seeking a Manager, Training Programs, to join our Training and Lifelong Learning Unit, reporting directly to our Senior Manager Education Services, on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the full program management lifecycle for Clinical Radiology and Radiation Oncology training, including selection, enrollment, progression, and admission to fellowship.
* Evaluate and maintain compliance with accreditation standards and the requirements of regulatory bodies.
* Oversee the Training Programs team, fostering a collaborative culture, and support staff development.
* Collect, analyze and evaluate data to ensure accuracy and integrity in reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
* Enhance the delivery of training programs by identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives.
* Contribute to the development and review of policy, procedures, and guidance documents to support effective program delivery.
* Engage proactively with key stakeholders and members to address feedback related to training.
Desired skills and experience include significant experience in managing undergraduate, postgraduate or vocational education and training programs, preferably in a health or medical setting, as well as strong leadership and team management skills.
