About the role
An exciting opportunity for those passionate about supporting people with disability to thrive in employment. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Employment Support Officers (ESOs) to deliver consistent and effective coaching and training. Liaising with Practice Leaders and Supervisors; you will monitor concerns and allocate coaching support where required, deliver both planned and responsive job training and act as an escalation point when ESOs require assistance.

What you'll do:
* Lead and coach the ESO team, scheduling planned and responsive training in collaboration with Practice Leaders and site Supervisors.
* Provide operational support and backfill as required.
* Review ESO documentation, maintain employee support profiles, and ensure quality standards are met.
* Act as an escalation point for incident or behaviour support, providing guidance to ESOs when required.
* Model person-centred, Active Support, and Positive Behaviour Support approaches across the team.
* Perform other duties as required by your Manager or the Executive, ensuring compliance with Knoxbrooke and NDIS Codes of Conduct.
About you:
* Diploma in Community Services or related field (preferred)
* Experience in disability services and/or supported employment (essential)
* Demonstrated a minimum of 12 months’ experience leading and collaborating with multi-skilled teams
* Sound knowledge of the NDIS framework
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
* Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR certificates, and a valid driver’s licence
* Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and a warm, person-directed approach
* Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions, problem-solve proactively, and maintain confidentiality
* Knoxbrooke requires a minimum of 2 COVID-19 vaccinations or a valid medical exemption

This position is based in Mt Evelyn with regular travel to Warragul required however we will consider applicants preferring to be based predominantly in Warragul as well. Kilometre allowances will be compensated for your travels.
