We're looking for a Showroom & Customer Experience Coordinator to support our NSW showroom during peak trading days. This role plays a key part in freeing up our sales team to focus on selling, while ensuring every customer receives a professional, seamless experience.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the showroom when customers matter most. This includes customer handovers, showroom presentation, booking coordination, administration, and structured post-handover follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Handovers
Deliver structured customer handovers using company checklists
Clearly explain product features and operation
Complete and manage delivery documentation accurately
Identify and elevate any immediate issues post-handover
Showroom Presentation
Maintain a clean, professional showroom and customer areas
Ensure display units are handover-ready at all times
Monitor signage and POS materials
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
Administration & Coordination
Schedule customer appointments and handovers
Assist with invoicing and secure payment collection
Follow up outstanding balances
Maintain accurate CRM and internal records
Support insurance and general administration
Customer Follow-Up & Accessories
Confirm customer satisfaction and answer minor questions
Identify and offer relevant accessories or add-ons (no pressure selling)
Encourage customer reviews
Record all activity in CRM
Team & Event Support
Assist with trade shows and promotional events
Provide showroom coverage during leadership travel
Support sales and operations teams as required

Experience & Skills
Customer service, showroom, or admin experience (preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Basic computer and CRM skills (preferred, not essential)
