Job Title: Child Development Therapist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Therapist to join our team. As a Paediatric Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, analysing and treating paediatric and neonatal patients.
You will develop, implement and review individual care plans, ensuring that each patient receives tailored treatment. Additionally, you will educate families, carers and patients on condition management, promoting independence and empowerment.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, prioritising effective communication and seamless transitions. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate records and contributing to service improvement through quality initiatives.
Requirements:
* Degree in Physiotherapy; eligible for registration with the relevant governing body
* Experience working with children or in acute physiotherapy settings
* Strong clinical, communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
