About the Role
Based at our Head Office in Burleigh, the Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the Director and Sales team. You'll manage communications, diaries, travel, projects and assist with Sales. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys variety, and can juggle competing priorities with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Director's diary, meetings, travel, and communications.
* Provide executive support to the Director and Sales Group.
* Assist with the uptake of new technology and systems.
* Coordinate reporting, agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions.
* Prepare high-quality correspondence, presentations, and reports.
* Support internal events, meetings, and conferences (e.g. management meetings, Sales meetings, training and functions).
* Assist with general office operations.
* Manage company uniforms, fuel cards, toll passes, pool cars, and service awards.
* Support HR and marketing functions when required.
About You

* Skilled in customer service and able to represent the Group of companies with professionalism.
* Tech‑savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
Experience Required
* Experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
* Proven experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience in either administration, sales or accounts functions.
