Healius Pathology seeks a Revenue Assurance Officer to support the Revenue Assurance Team in maximising Pathology revenue and ensuring accurate billing.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance team, Revenue Team, Commercial, Operational, Clinical, Digital, IT, Data & Analytics teams to improve billing solutions.

* Assist ongoing audits of high-volume and complex/high-risk billing scenarios.
* Process identified opportunities for revenue standardisation across different billing systems.
* Identify issues and trends.
* Maintain billing reference documentation and provide training as required.
* Promote data quality awareness within the team.

Key Requirements

Required skills and qualifications include:
","
* Understanding of Accounts Receivable process.
* Experience with billing systems and/or clinical systems.
* High-level verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Health billing background advantageous.
