Here is what other team members have said: "I began working as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner after completing my undergraduate degree in psychology. I wanted to have a positive impact on the lives of people with complex behaviours. I began by working with children in the early intervention space and I loved being able to see how learning skills supported them to access mainstream schooling and would set them up for success in the future. I love that I can work closely with an individual and their support system to build strong relationships with them to provide guidance and support on how to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. I love what I do because I have been able to see the impact of my work through how the quality of life for the people I support has improved. Multicap has been flexible with allowing me to focus my caseload on my area of interest (children) so I can progress my own clinical knowledge. I completed my Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis this year and got thousands of dollars reimbursement form Multicap for my course fees. I have also been fortunate enough to receive free supervision during my time at Multicap as I work towards achieving my supervised practice hours in my current role to become a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst." "Multicap has the heart of a small business. Each day I get to see people develop the skills they need to reach their goals. Every day at work feels like I am making a difference. And it is the realisation that the small gains are the ones which have the biggest impact. Multicap also comes with the benefits of a big business. Working alongside talented clinicians, with the supervision and resources to expand my career and studies. There are great employee benefits, pay and career paths.? I know that my future career is here." Multicap acknowledges all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the traditional custodians of the land.
