Hamilton Island is seeking a dedicated and reliable Resort Attendant to join our professional team. As part of our valued Public area cleaning department, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our island remains pristine and welcoming for every guest.

Your Role
As a Resort Attendant, you'll be the unsung hero of guest experience – maintaining impeccable cleanliness across public spaces including resort pathways, pool decks, restaurants, lobbies, and public restrooms.

4. Ensure all public areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing.
5. Work across a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces – restaurants, hotels, resort pools, beaches, and offices.
6. Collaborate with your team to deliver high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
7. Adapt to a flexible roster that aligns with operational needs and guest experiences.
What We're Looking For
You're a proactive, hardworking individual with an eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness. You thrive in a physically active role and take pride in creating beautiful, welcoming environments for others.
To Be Successful, You Will Need:
8. A current and valid driver's licence (Essential – NAATI translation required if overseas).
9. Previous experience in cleaning or manual labour roles.
10. Strong attention to detail and a tidy, professional approach to your work.
11. Good physical fitness – this is an active role in tropical conditions.
12. A friendly attitude and team-player mindset, with a flexible approach to rostering.
