THE ROLE The Principal Project Manager will work in a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering the Government's agenda of increasing social and affordable housing in Victoria. The Principal Project Manager will provide pro-active and authoritative project management leadership and oversee and manage a range of multi-disciplinary consultancies involved in design, documentation and project delivery. This includes coordinating procurement processes, budget and cash flow management, construction contract administration, stakeholder management, reporting and risk and issues management. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE * Lead the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including project development and delivery, monitoring and evaluation. * Lead the preparation and presentation of reports, internal and ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions. * Be accountable for budget management and financial reporting, including the preparation of project cashflows and forecasts Please open the position description to read more.
