Your opportunity:
The purpose of this role is to deliver a client focussed, high quality clinical pharmacy service within the multidisciplinary renal team, and as a member of Bundaberg Hospital's pharmacy team by:
* Delivering high quality evidenced based medicines management and clinical pharmacy services to renal patients within a high functioning multidisciplinary renal team.
* Contributing to the advancement of quality pharmacy services and optimal patient care, through service development, quality improvement, research and clinical education.
* Providing supervision to less experienced pharmacists and pharmacy assistants and training to health professionals, students and pharmacy staff

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $78,680 p.a., comprising salary rates $ $69.56 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent Part Time 38 hours p.f.).
