Your role is pivotal in making each event a resounding success through stellar communication, quick problem-solving and seamless teamwork. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept
- Be the Face of Excellence: Greet and assist event attendees with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Resolve with Precision: Address and resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate Seamlessly: Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring all customer-related aspects run smoothly.
- Gather Insights: Collect and analyse customer feedback to enhance future events.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with event coordinators and team members to deliver outstanding events.
Role Requirements
- You must be available on weekends and weeknights.
- Long periods of standing and walking are required, so you must have the physical ability for this.
- Current RSA
- Current driver's licence is beneficial but not essential; otherwise you need to be able to get to various locations as required.
