About the role
* Conduct geotechnical mapping and core logging of drilling programs.
* Perform geotechnical evaluations and risk assessments.
* Monitor and assess geotechnical designs and pit slope stability.
You require a tertiary qualification in Mining, Geoscience, Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Experience in open pit mining and a working understanding of safety systems and geotechnical design are essential. Familiarity with Rocscience Geotechnical software is also required.
