About the Role
We seek a high-performing National Account Manager to lead our partnership with Coles.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive profitable, sustainable growth across all product categories.
This is a rare opportunity to work closely with a national retailer to shape the wine category in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver annual volume, net sales, and gross profit targets for Coles
* Develop and execute strategic Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Quarterly Business Reviews
* Partner with Coles Buying and Category teams to align on promotions, activations, and innovation
* Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, category, shopper, supply chain, and finance
* Drive category reviews, NPD presentations, and investment analysis
* Provide accurate forecasting, accrual management, and performance reporting
* Identify and act on growth opportunities to elevate both the business and the wine category
* Support the Head of Coles in delivering strategic initiatives and team development
What We're Looking For
We require someone with:
* Proven experience as a high-performing National Account Manager in FMCG, liquor, or wine
* Deep understanding of Coles' operating model and commercial strategy
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
* Experience managing complex customer relationships and delivering sustained growth
* Advanced analytical skills and confidence working with data tools
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage direct reports
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Passion for wine
