We are seeking a Process Engineer (Shift) to join our technical department, working alongside some of the best refinery experts in the industry. This is a great opportunity for someone with a technical background who's ready to contribute to our daily operations and grow their impact. 
Responsibilities 
Optimising process parameters to ensure efficient unit operations across the refinery 
Prioritising and coordinating activities to resolve production bottlenecks 
Analysing and improving gas consumption to deliver measurable financial outcomes 
Updating and refining control room procedures to enhance product quality and production 
Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve safe, stable and sustainable production outcomes 
Requirements 
A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team 
A passion for improvement and innovation 
The ability to be effective in a production/operations workplace 
Demonstrated experience in heavy industry such as manufacturing/processing- Bayer Refinery (Alumina) industry experience would be advantageous but not essential. 
A technical background would be highly advantageous 
Degree Qualification in Chemical/Process Engineering Degree or similar.
