Cotton Tree Beach Bar is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes in accordance with menu and quality standards.
2. Ensuring all food preparation meets hygiene and safety regulations.
3. Assisting in menu planning, portion control, and stock management.
4. Monitoring quality of dishes and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
5. Supervising and training kitchen staff in daily operations.
6. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times.
About you:
1. Minimum of one year of experience as a Chef.
2. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
3. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Valuable understanding of hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations.
5. Team player with strong communication and time-management skills.

Salary:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
