Culinary Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Executive Chef to spearhead the culinary vision of our hotel's Food venues. This role will involve leading a talented kitchen team, shaping our gastronomic identity, and delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests.
About the Role:
* Develop menus and recipes for the hotel's three distinct Food venues in collaboration with the Sous Chef.
* Mentor and lead a team of cooks and chefs to deliver outstanding food quality and presentation.
* Contribute to the development of innovative and engaging dining experiences for guests, working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Spearhead the creation of unique and appealing menu offerings that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
* Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to source high-quality ingredients and maintain effective inventory management.
* Monitor kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and implementing strategies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
