* Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting Registered Nurses in the delivery of patient care

Selection Criteria:
* A current Health Service Assistant Certificate III (Acute Care) or equivalent qualification
* Demonstrated experience working in healthcare environments
* Strong understanding of delegation principles and the ability to work within a plan of care under supervision
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
