About the Role
As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality early learning programs that support children's development and wellbeing.
Your Responsibilities
* Delivering programs aligned with the EYLF and NQF
* Creating engaging, play-based learning experiences
* Observing, assessing, and documenting children's development
* Building strong, nurturing relationships with children and families
* Collaborating with a passionate and supportive team
* Contributing to a culture of reflection and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Experience in early childhood education
* Current NT Ochre Card (Working with Children Check)
* Current First Aid CertificateNational Police Check (issued within 6 months)
* A genuine passion for early learning and child development
