We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals that cater to the individual needs and cultural practices of children.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare nutritionally balanced meals that meet dietary requirements and cultural practices of children.
* Support the development of new recipes that incorporate indigenous and local ingredients.
* Work in a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to occupational health and safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Excellent planning and organizing skills to prepare timely meals.
* Strong communication skills to work with Centre leadership, educators, and families.
* Experience in cooking/catering and food handling, including knowledge of dietary requirements and cultural practices.
