Lead Clinical Nurse Coordinator
A seasoned Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills is required to oversee a clinical team in a supportive not-for-profit setting.
This permanent full-time position involves covering annual and personal leave, as well as providing additional support to site teams as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a background in contemporary best practice nursing and care services, and the ability to motivate staff to achieve organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate effective working arrangements with multidisciplinary teams
* Provide leadership to nursing staff and Personal Care Assistants
* Travel across all sites, including Port Elliot, Murray Bridge, and Mount Gambier
Requirements:
* Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* At least 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
* Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
* Able to recognise clinical risk and implement effective strategies
* Current driving license and ability to travel
