The primary objective of the Senior Director, Marketing is to lead, plan, and manage the delivery and evaluation of international and domestic marketing strategies, programs, and activities for VisitCanberra. This role requires aligning marketing activities with other areas of Economic Development and external stakeholders, supporting strategic and marketing plans to promote the CBR Brand. Effective leadership and management of the Marketing Unit's planning and operations, including human and financial resources, are essential. The Senior Director will establish and manage relationships with industry and strategic partners to maximize marketing opportunities, promote collaboration across the organization, and contribute to industry-wide destination marketing initiatives.
