EHW Technology is currently looking for a Junior full-time IT Sales Assistant.
You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and providing excellent sales to achieve customer satisfaction.
This role will benefit someone who has experience with sales, a knowledge of IT hardware and software, has great time management skills, a good phone manner, strong work ethic and a willingness to go to the extra mile.
The successful applicant must;
* be able to identify and respond to customer needs via all communication platforms.
* have problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple task
* have the ability to liaise with a diverse range of customers and team member
* have strong attention to detail
* have a knowledge of Windows 10 / Microsoft Office 365
* have a current driver's license
* have excellent written and verbal communication
The following would be an advantage
* a knowledge of Jim2
* a proven sales track record
* an ability to work with and understand computers/hardware/software
