Join Flight Centre Travel Group as a Retail Sales Travel Consultant in Renmark, SA.
What you'll be doing – your passion meets purpose!
* Work full‐time, on‐site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‐day trade
* Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers
* Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling the whole holiday (flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers, etc.)
* Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays
* Be the expert—assist our customers with travel‐related questions including visas, best time to travel, packing, where to eat, what to avoid, you name it
* Enjoy a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where you earn a percentage of every sale
What we're looking for – do you have the travel bug?
* You're a seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations and you're the go‐to person in your circle for travel recommendations
* Great organisational skills—take notes, manage your calendar well and respond quickly to customers' phone calls and emails
* Determination to meet your sales targets while balancing workload in a high‐pressure environment (think customers lining up, phones ringing, inbox filling)
* Enthusiasm, passion and a warmth that makes customers want to book with you every time
* A savviness with computers, ready to toggle between various complex systems to find the right flight and package options for your customer
