About You
* Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a quality venue
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
* Positive, hands-on, and professional attitude
* Willingness to learn, grow, and support the team
* Availability to work evenings and weekends
* Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
* Confidence across all kitchen stations
* Must hold Food Handlers Certificate
