The successful candidate will be eager to learn new skills, enthusiastic to immerse themselves in a business and may be currently studying (university or TAFE) with a Business or Administrative focus.
Although, more importantly, they will be a natural people's person who has experience in sales or an eagerness to learn to sell. Other key criteria include a high level of organisation, motivation, and a desire to grow a career within our dynamic organisation.

* Aid in business administration
* Rostering of temporary staff
* Data entry/reporting
* Candidate interviews
* Candidate care
* Attend meetings with other members of the team to expand your skillset and employability

* Ability to communicate professionally with the team and candidates
* An interest in business, or one of the 5 industries we specialise in
* A drive to succeed and converse with people you have not yet met
* Ambitious, motivated, and keen to grow within the organisation
