What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating schedules for routine smoke alarm works in preparation for Entry Notices (note: you are not required to send notices).
* Calling tenants to make bookings when Entry Notices are unavailable.
* Ensuring all jobs are completed by their due dates.
* Booking smoke alarm upgrades and inspections.
* Reviewing daily technician schedules to ensure efficiency and productivity.
* Preparing key lists for agencies (largely automated).

What You'll Bring
* Great communication skills with energy and positivity across all stakeholders.
* Ability to take action and resolve issues under pressure.
* Strong computer literacy skills and confidence with systems.
* Experience in the smoke alarm industry (desirable, not essential).
