About the role
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the store, leading from the front and setting the standard across:
* Team leadership, coaching and engagement
* Customer service excellence
* Stock control, merchandising and inventory management
* Rostering, cash handling and daily operations
* Driving sales, performance and KPI results
We're looking for a positive, energetic leader who can build a strong culture, inspire their team and consistently deliver results — all while living and breathing APCO's values.
You'll bring:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail or sales leadership role (fast-paced environment essential)
* Proven ability to drive sales, manage costs and hit KPIs
* Strong people leadership and team engagement skills

* Solid experience in merchandising, rostering and stock control
* Flexibility to work across a 24/7 operation
