Business Development Manager
This is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing and coordinating all sales, technical queries, business development, and administration of key accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development/account management, with demonstrated knowledge of the oil and gas industry. They should also possess engineering knowledge with a strong technical aptitude, sound knowledge of estimating software, and competence with MS Office applications, including spreadsheets.
The successful candidate will be expected to increase sales through various direct and indirect methods while maintaining profit contributions. They will develop and maintain strong business relationships with all key stakeholders, provide statistical, development, and sales reports to senior management, and proactively negotiate long-term contracts for various products and services.
The Business Development Manager will work closely with production planning to ensure that all client requirements can be met within allocated timeframes. They will provide regular client contact and handle any technical issues or relevant queries, as well as maintain and develop the customer database, ensuring the accuracy of all information that is entered.
