Your role in Our Vision
The Project Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing civil construction projects within the Council's civil infrastructure portfolio. This position is responsible for ensuring that projects are executed safely, to specification, and within budgetary constraints, all while maintaining a solid focus on quality and environmental performance. As the in office representative of the Council, the Project Supervisor is tasked with managing risks, contractor performance, and compliance with all relevant legislative and contractual requirements. This role may involve supervising night works, particularly in asphalt and road pavement construction.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate for the Project Supervisor role will possess a solid background in civil construction supervision and contract administration. They will demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills, alongside effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Certificate IV in Civil Construction.
* Current Class C Driver's Licence.
* NSW General Construction Induction (White Card).
