All Set Solutions Pty Ltd T/A Kitchen & Renovation Concepts has been operating for 15 years and is seeking a qualified Stonemason or person with stone benchtop experience to join the team to meet the growing demand for our stone surface products.
Your tasks will include:
* Assess and interpret blueprints and plans to determine dimensions, installation requirements
* Plan and prepare for installation, such as clearing the area.
* Lay stone, Dekton, marble, porcelain, etc.
* Cut, install, construct and polish (where applicable) stone, Dekton, marble, porcelain, ceramic, marble, etc. to the size of the required spacesand in accordance to customer's specifications using manual and industrial tools and machines (for example; Waterjet, Bridge Saw and CNC - training given if necessary).
* Repair and restore stones slabs, Dekton, marble, porcelain, ceramic, marble, etc. where needed
* Finishing of stone surfaces for products such as kitchen benchtops and bathroom vanities using all necessary skills such as cutting, grinding, polishing and laminating using silica free engineered and some natural stone products.
* Adhering to all work health and safety (WHS) best practice requirements.
To be successful in this position you will have:
* Experience with all aspects of processing and installing silica free engineered and natural stone benchtops
* Formal qualification in Stonemasonry (Certificate III) preferred but not essential if at least 3 years of experience in Stonemasonry
* A drivers licence and a Construction White Card
* A high attention to detail
* Be able to work autonomously and within a team environment with a great work attitude
* Natural problem-solving skills
Remuneration will be based on experience but an attractive remuneration rate will be offered. Overtime available. Possible Relocation Assistance for suitable candidates.
