Key responsibilities
* Leading, coaching, and motivating a small team to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Delivering a luxurious and personalised shopping experience for every customer
* Managing visual merchandising and stock levels in line with brand guidelines
* Building and nurturing client relationships through CRM and one-on-one styling services
* Collaborating with department store partners and head office to optimise store performance
* Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest standards of presentation and service
About you
* Proven experience in retail management within fashion (concession experience a bonus)
* A natural leader who thrives on achieving results and bringing out the best in others
* A keen eye for detail, with excellent communication and styling skills
* Confident working independently and leading a small, tight-knit team
* Passionate about women's fashion and creating standout customer moments
* Flexible and reliable to work weekends and key retail trade periods
