Responsibilities
* Select and form a workforce (including sub-contractors) as determined by individual contracts.
* Manage the workforce, work activities, and resources to meet the requirements of each contract.
* Monitor and control individual contract progress, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
* Ensure accurate and timely production of all necessary contract documentation and reports.
* Maintain open communication with clients through regular meetings to review performance and future planning of works.
