**How will I help?**
BT is the wealth management arm of Westpac Group; we aim to provide solutions for our customers in the creation and management of wealth.
We are looking for a Customer Solutions Consultant to join the Reconciliations team, where you would be responsible for supporting and executing the BT customer experience through providing accurate and timely reconciliation of outstanding items.
This is a full-time role, working business hours (9-5, Monday to Friday), based out of Bedford Park. There is flexibility to work from home once fully trained and competent in your role.
You will be responsible to:
- Investigate all outstanding reconciliation items
- Identify the area responsible for resolution of issue and work with teams to resolve in the most effective manner
- Follow up progress and resolution of issues within service levels
- Manage Daily Cash Flow requirements to custody accounts
- Assist with the preparation of End of Month reporting, and regular reporting
