You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Our community care team provides a range of services, including wound care, medication management, and education. As a flexible and adaptable individual, you will be required to work across a variety of settings, including home visits and community-based locations.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
Essential Qualifications:
o A current registration as a registered nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
o At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role
Desirable Qualifications:
o A postgraduate qualification in nursing or a related field
o Experience working in a community care setting
