Job Role Overview
The Accounts Administrator position involves providing administrative support across multiple financial functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Processing corporate supplier invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner.
* Managing supplier and Carer payments, corporate credit cards, and prepaid transactions to maintain financial control.
* Providing necessary financial data and documentation to external auditors during audit processes.
* Maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
* Responding to finance-related queries, requests, and issues in the shared inbox efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role, be proficient in MYOB Acumatica (Advanced), possess excellent numerical and data entry skills, and demonstrate high attention to detail.
