Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Community Supports program. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people to access the community, participate in activities, and engage in social events.
* You will support individuals to access the community for shopping, appointments, and day-to-day activities, including transportation when required.
* You will assist with preparing meals and providing simple in-home supports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A certificate or qualification in a relevant field (e.g., disability support, aged care).
* At least 12 months of experience working in a similar role.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* An understanding of the needs of people with disabilities.
