Our client, a well-established and successful food production company, requires an enthusiastic and dedicated Office Administrator to join their business. The role will utilise your superior administration and customer service skills in an essential role that encompasses accounts, administration and customer service duties. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be a key point of contact for all areas of the business as well as external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the office work flow
- Provide 360-degree administration functions to the business
- Implement and refine administrative processes and policies
- Maintains and updates reports and spreadsheets
- Detailed and accurate file management
- Operational tasks, such as preparing production reports and liaising with production and retail shops
- Assist with HR tasks
- Assist with the implementation of software systems and IT
- Previous hands on experience within a similar role and fast paced environment
- Well-developed Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- CRM experience
- Ability to manage deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
- Demonstrated ability in working with a team
- Strong desire to grow within the business
